About the event
Breathing and meditation practices are meant to be done in a space of complete physical ease and comfort so that you can deeply dive into the more subtle layers of your system that, more often than not, function autonomously. By bringing conscious control to your breathing, intentions, and energy we will create empowering shifts towards a whole, connected, and relaxed internal system.
Bring a journal and all the things that make you feel comfortable, as you will be lying down for the vast majority of the practice. i.e. blankets, pillows, comfy clothes. Bolster props are available in studio.
Practice structure:
- 15 min Gentle Movement + Mudra for every body to arrive and release physical tension
- 20 min Breathing to tap into our nervous systems, promote deeper awareness and relaxation
- 30 min Guided Meditation to explore and shift our subtle internal layers of energy, intention, and mental patterns
- 10 min Blissful Rest
