About the event
A perfect class for those with low back, sacral, and hip pain
- Your sacrum is a triangular shaped fusion of bone at the base of your lumbar spine and center of pelvis.
- Through short and long term stabilization of the sacrum, you can ease low back, pelvic, and hip pain.
- Anatomical breath work and breathing focused around the sacrum will help you tune into the alignment of your spine and hips, and ultimately the sacrum that balances everything below and above it.
Bring all the things that make you feel comfortable for our breath portion of practice. i.e. extra blankets, pillows.
