About the event
Breathing and meditation practices are meant to be done in a space of complete physical ease and comfort so that you can deeply dive into the more subtle layers of your system that, more often than not, function autonomously. By bringing conscious control to your breathing, intentions, and energy we will create empowering shifts towards a whole, connected, and relaxed internal system. Bring all the things that make you feel comfortable, as you will be lying down for the vast majority of the practice. i.e. blankets, pillows, comfy clothes
Practice structure:
15 min Gentle Movement + Mudra for every body to arrive and release physical tension
20 min Breathing to tap into our nervous systems, promote deeper awareness and relaxation
30 min Guided Meditation to explore and shift our subtle internal layers of energy, intention, and mental patterns
10 min Blissful Rest
*Masks are optional when you are on your mat, but not required. Do what brings you a sense of ease and safety.
Please remember this is different for every individual and their personal choices are private.
*If you would rather practice in the comfort of your own home, the class will also be offered live on the website and recordings will be sent to all participants (in person or online).
